JUMP TRAINING and Calisthenics


Jordan is the founder of Wonderfly Athletics. He is a NASM certified trainer with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization) and NSAM CSNC (Certified Sports Nutrition Coach). He has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry working with everyone from youth to professional athletes. He specializes in jump training, calisthenics, and sport specific movements. If you are looking to master your body control, bullet proof your body, and become the most explosive athlete on the field/court, he is your guy.

Maddy Miller

Director of training

Lacrosse/Weight Management


Maddy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former DIII women's lacrosse player and coach. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at the University of Mary Washington. Maddy was a member of the women's lacrosse team in college, and after college wanted to continue her love for sports and performance training. She has experience working with lacrosse athletes as well as adults on their fitness journeys. Come join Maddy for an IGNITE410 fitness class to get your journey kickstarted!


Assistant Director of training



Coach Phi is a former D1 field hockey student athlete and current Head coach for McDonogh school. With her area of study being psychology, she not only focuses on the development of the physical but she highlights the mental aspects of sport.

She has played field hockey for 16 years and cross trains in CrossFit, Martial arts, and general weightlifting.

Field hockey has lead her to traveling across the country, hosting field hockey camps and clinics to develop dedicated athletes in their skills.

Phi has experience coaching several club teams and recreational programs in the Baltimore area, working with U12, U14, U16, U18 teams- training with many beginner to advanced athletes. She has lead athletes in their strength training, injury prevention, skill work, speed work, and hockey IQ development.

With her area of expertise & experience, she is eager to challenge her athletes physical game and mental gain!

Tim Rider joins the Wonderfly Athletics team as a Master Trainer with over 21 years of industry experience. He has a laundry list of qualifications; ACTION certified personal trainer, USATF Level 1, USATF Level 2 Sprints, Hurdles and Relays, NSPA Speed and Agility Certified, NSPA Weightlifting Performance Certified, and he holds a USA soccer coaching license. He has experience working with youth through adults from beginner exercise to advanced athletes. If you are looking for a highly qualified trainer to GUARANTEE success, he is your guy.

Isaiah Lamb

Adult fitness


Isaiah Lamb is a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He joins the Wonderfly team with over 5 years of experience. Prior to training Isaiah was a collegiate and professional basketball player. He specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, speed and agility training as well as group fitness! “You will always be challenged in this life. How you go about the conversations in your head will determine the outcome. Be Positive and Believe in yourself. It starts with you.”

Lindsay melvin



Lindsay Melvin played Division 1 lacrosse at George Washington University where she received her bachelors in Communication and minored in Exercise Science and Women's Studies. Lindsay has coached for competitive Baltimore area high school and club programs and enjoys private and small group training as well. She works with a variety of athletes ranging in skill levels from beginners to high school athletes working to play at the next level. Lindsay aims to improve skills and confidence and help her athletes reach their potential. 

Tavion Mack

Football specialist, strength & Mobility


Tavion Mack is a Wonderfly Athletics Master Trainer and former D1 football player at Morgan State University. In high school Tavion was a star athlete in basketball, football, and track receiving a multitude of awards and honorable mentions. Tavion specializes in athlete development focusing on mobility, speed, and reactive abilities.

Caleb evans

CSCS, Football specialist


Caleb is a CSCS certified Trainer and former College football player. He has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and minors in performance fitness and Conditioning, specializing in weightlifting and football training. He is always willing to work with people all ages and fitness levels and pushes everyone to their highest limits. Work with Caleb to achieve your maximum potential!




Joe is a highly energetic athletic trainer with a comprehensive background in athletics, soccer and strength training. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, USA Soccer Coaching License and Certified Strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Joe is also a Master Trainer and Coaches soccer at various club levels. Joe played soccer both collegiate and professional and is now looking forward to working with athletes of all ages. He is excited to push everyone to reach their full potential and fitness goals.


Lacrosse Defensive Specialist


Myles Cohen is the founder of M42 Lacrosse, an organization that specializes in lacrosse training, recruitment consulting and mentorship. Growing up locally, he attended The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. As a three-year varsity defensemen, he won a National Championship in 2014. After BL, he went on to play Division 1 Lacrosse at Furman University. As a four-year starter, he finished his career with a Southern Conference Championship and is currently 3rd All-Time in Career Groundballs. Now, he plays semi-professional lacrosse for the Westminster Wild and coaches for Clippers Lacrosse Club and Boys’ Latin. He has currently trained over 200 student-athletes, including some who are currently playing at Queens, Hopkins, Ohio State, UNC, Salisbury, among many others.

Damian Gauthney

Muay Thai, boxing, mma specialist


Coach Damian, aka Coach D, is passionate towards achieving a very specific goal: to spend his day helping people through the vehicle of athletics and exercise, & to be a beacon of positivity for the community. He owes much of his success, lessons, and positive matriculations to the community and organizations that exist for the betterment of society. Specifically, the athletic world, in which he has been a participant for over a decade. The more he grows, the more his passion to help others grows. The more he learns, the more eager he is to share.

His start was with track at 11 years old; unfortunately, he was one of the ones whose injuries became too much to pursue a collegiate career. He had to leave the track to let his body heal, which led him down the path of becoming educated about athletics. Today, he is giving his body another go as he matriculates on the path of an Amateur Kickboxer. He walks this path with the knowledge of a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Behavior Change Specialist (BCS), and aspiring Sport Psychologist (B.S.)

Over time he has learned the importance of knowledge, and he has learned how important fitness professionals are. When knowledge meets skill and matriculates through the appropriate vehicle, the opportunities for success become endless.

He has a passion for working with athletes of all sports and experience levels, as well as those pursuing adult fitness and group training. Jay excels in strength, speed, agility, and stability training, helping clients push their limits and reach their goals. Committed to fostering hard work and discipline, Jay is the ideal coach to guide you towards achieving your fitness dreams.
